Grilled Ribs, Garlic Bread & Steaks

Ingredients:
Baby Back Rib Racks, olive oil, favorite pork rub, steak seasoning, garlic bread and Steak.
Instructions:
Use your Great Scrape to clean the grill.
Season rib racks on all sides and massage into meat. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2-24hrs.
Smoke ribs with desired wood chips for 2 hours.
Grill steak to desired temp (Med-Rare!)
Grill rib racks, turning and basting with bbq sauce often.
Grill seasoned/oiled bread into toasts.
Enjoy with a nice bottle red wine or beer.
